Contact Form Privacy Notice

As Modera Paslanmaz (the “Company”), we process the personal data you submit through the contact form in accordance with Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

Personal data processed

Full name, e-mail address, phone number, message subject and message content.

Purposes of processing and legal basis

Your data is processed in order to respond to your request, to provide information about our products and services, to carry out quotation processes and to conduct communication activities; on the legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK, namely the establishment or exercise of a right, the conclusion or performance of a contract, and the legitimate interest of the data controller.

Transfer of data

Where necessary to conclude your request, your personal data may be shared with our authorised employees, the hosting and e-mail providers we work with and legally authorised public institutions; limited to that purpose and with the required security measures in place.

Retention period

Your data is retained for as long as necessary to conclude the contact request and to fulfil the relevant legal obligations; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request rectification, erasure or destruction, to request that third parties to whom the data was transferred be notified, and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.
